Question I have just had a brain wave?

I have just been thinking and an idea popped in to my head, forgive me for the lack of detail but I have literally just thought of this. The idea is to start up a network of outlets containing networked pods/docking stations which enables people to take their mp3players along and download the latest albums songs and pod casts. This minimizes the hassle of uploading a purchased cd on to your computer and then downloading on to your mp3 player. What do you think? Does any one know if this already exists? Would this be virtually impossible due to legislations etc? Any feed back is welcome

    Thanks

Do you mean give the ability for people to download songs at a shop?

If so, this would mean you would have to make them pay (so it is not illegal downloading, like most people do at home). In this case, I do not see too many being interested in it when on their own computer they are able to get the songs free.

I may not have understood what you said though!
