Trying to drive around in a free car with Coca Cola plastered all over it are we? Can you imagine how many requests they get from people for stuff like that? Do what goodwood said - get in the phone book and try to align yourself with an ad agency. (Good luck)

Yes, obviously by me not stating what my idea is would lead to someone such as yourself to assume such a thing. I am not a thief I am not a crook. I am plauged. Plauged by the idea that if you work hard you will get noticed and may just get a break in this world.
So, no I did not ask for a free car. I asked for the opportunity to use my vehicle to promote their product. I could more easily just go to the Pepsi bottling company here in my town which happens to be one of their largest bottling locations and ask to speak to someone the problem is that I do not like Pepsi. It's not just about making money. It's about following what I believe in and I do not believe in Pepsi. Sure lots of people like their product. I am not one of them.

Why not start an agency, and recruit someone with experience to add credibility?

Capital. I am in debt up to my eyeballs with student loans and my mortgage and wifes medical bills.

It pisses people off on here, if we dont know your idea we cant tell you how to proceed! But yes i think aiming for a company like coca-cola with whatever product you have is way over your head.

Get pissed off over such a little thing. Go ahead. But it's just a waste of your time to do so.

I guess a little more information may be helpful.
It is an advertising and promotional approach for the product that is not and has not been done as far I could find out and based on their response, has not been done before. Nothing else really needs to be said.

I am looking for some answers. So, if anyone has EVER actually gotten something accomplished I would like to here it and know what I can do. Otherwise I just feel like along with the other ideas that I have accumulated over the past 20 years just sit on them in fear they will be taken from me.

Don't be so paranoid! That is the first step to success. We are here to help you with your ideas. It is one thing to outline the whole plan in detail, but quite another to give us a generalization. As far as not having capital- that is not a problem. It does not cost much to start your own business, and as far as recruitment, I guarantee you can find someone either here or on startupnation's forums. If you need help getting it set up, post on here, and you will get plenty of people willing to help, even free help, for experience or to use as a referrence. You can even do a joint venture with an already established company, that will give you the discretion and control you desire, along with the affiliation to legitimacy.
