I am auctioning one copy of my unique monetization concept with file hosting site

I have an auction at ebay

New unique working idea of generating income with file hosting website. $400 per 1000 user downloads. Only the winner of this auction will be able to copy my concept!

This auction is for the clone of my profitable file hosting website. The winner will get complete solution including premium file-hosting related com domain. My file hosting website is currently making over $3,000 per month with almost no work and little traffic. The winner will get my marketing strategy and detailed description of my idea. It has nothing to do with AdSense or any other Pay per click publisher program. It is completely unique and it works fine as you can see.

I have spent $0 on marketing, I have special method to generate all the traffic, I will give all details to buyer only. With my method (It is based on posting file links to specific list of forums), you can generate unlimited number of downloads. And it is free. If you worked on it 1 hour a day, you would be able to generate at least 2,000 downloads per day.

The website concept itself is very similar to rapidshare.com or megaupload.com, users upload their files for free and then share them with their friends. It is completely free for both uploaders and downloaders. User uploads the file and gets the file link for friends. Friend types the file link into browser, gets to the website, does one action (this is described in the guide you will get), you get paid $0.40 from sponsor and user gets the download link and downloads the file from your server. It is easy and working.

Do not let this great opportunity slip away! This is probably the last time I am offering this. It is real, proven concept, which currently makes me over $3,000 with almost no work on my side. Only the winner of this auction will get it.

Revenue stats of my file hosting website (click on the thumbnails to display hi-res screens)

Sponsor pays twice a month at the 1st and the 16th by PayPal or wire transfer. I always get paid on time, this PayPal screen shows the last payment of $1,605.30 I received:

    Here are my website's stats:

    November 2006 - $815
    here
    December 2006 - $1,210
    here
    January 2007 - $1,589
    here
    February 2007 - $2,122
    here
    March 2007 - $2,863
    here
    April 2007(1. - 29.) - $2,984
    here

    What will you get?

    * Premium file hosting domain name.
    * Complete solution written in PHP. Exactly the same as on my own website.
    * Guide, where the concept and marketing will be described in details.
    * My support - transfer of the website to your hosting or any other help you will need.

why would someone pay to have an identical replicate of your site?
more importantly, why would you want someone to have all the same content as you, as surely it will ruin your search engine placement due to duplicate content?

I do not get much traffic from search engines for this site. It is just one page with a few sentences, which is crawled by search engines and the sentences can be changed. This is not content site, if you are not familiar with file hosting website concept, please see rapidshare.com or megaupload.com as an example of how it works. I am selling just to raise funds.

That is true, but I am using it for 6 months now and nobody has copies it yet. If I released the url here, I am sure somebody would copy it, it is not so hard.
