Yes and they told the guy who came up with the idea
about putting an Ice skating ring on a cruise ship it was insane,but
Today I believe he's sipping on a Pina Colada somewhere in the caribbean underneath two palm trees on a hammock.

Yeah, this sounds like a worthless idea. Why would a cruise ship operator give ownership of the hookahs to someone else when they could operate themselves?

Ice skating and hookahs are completely different things, no one is allergic to ice, although many are to smoke. There is also the fire risk on board, yes hookahs only use those little charcoals but think if someone dropped it on a cushion, the chance is slim, but insurance companies of the cruise ships simply don't want that risk.
