    Help, needed

Hey, guys. I've found this new product that I believe has great potential. Unfortunately, do to a lack of marketing, the product hasn't yet saturated the market. I tell you, this product has an amazing potential. Basically, I was thinking of approaching this startup company and ordering in bulk. The problem is though, can I purchase in bulk and sell this product to hospitals. I mean, would legal rights, copyright, w/e come into play here?

So you are just looking to sell this product becuase you believe it has potential correct?

You would have to speak with the company that owns that product and see if they want to sell in bulk to you. Then you can just be like a vendor or a dealer type of thing. There would be no copyright issues with that.

Oh, okay. Also, I was curious as my client base is basically the hospital, with whom would I necessarily have to speak with in promoting the product? And for the copyright question, I was just concerned because I though copyright issues would come into play since the best way to market that product is by presenting the research behind the product. Also, I was thinking of sending in an business letter, which would be more convenient on my behalf or should I call the company directly?

It's tough to give you specifics without knowing what the product is. I would say your best bet is to just sit down with the company and figure out something from there.

Hmm.. The thing is I'm basically starting up as a whole start up venture. I have no financial records of business. Also, I have no legal documents as to prove that this is an established "business". Is that necessary at all? I don't have much of an educational background in business.
