Enough to make it work is my investment range. Why do you ask?

Im also have trouble finding information on what it takes to run a website business like this, if anyone has any information or some link that would be great, thanks.
I would like to get into the foreclosure buying aspect of real estate. I was told there is some money to be made if you can be quick and find a good deal.

I ask because I have a number of projects that require varying amounts of capital. I was curious about your comfort level of financial commitment to see if pitching you an idea would be worth it. I ask out of respect for your time. If you are not comfortably disclosing your investment level in public, PM me.

The projects I'm working on currently involve my Liberty Tax franchise expansion, franchise area development (master franchisor), 6 unit apartment complex, niche investment website, etc. The biggest project I'm working on now has already raised $925k and recently had investor presentations in NYC, DC and the company's home base of Indianapolis to fund the remainder of our Private Placement Memorandum ($1.225M).

Anyway, that's the long winded version of why I ask. Feel free to read up about my experience on LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/davidrocci

    Welcome to the forum!

Well guess what? Its your lucky day....

The sub prime market is crashing fast and an avalanche of houses will hit the desks of all the banks across the country. Soon they will be handing out houses like candy. No one knows for sure when this will happen but no later then mid 2008. If your serious about getting into real estate investing go ahead and email me at paul@gaulkinrealestate.com and i will teach you all you need to know.
