First of all he said $95 BILLION, second this person doesn't actually have $95B to invest, they mean that their list of venture capitalists combined have that amount. This person is trying to make money off of you by selling you a list of VCs.

Looks like the link that he provided above is no longer active...his hosting account seems to have been suspended. Its amazing how someone can 'burn' through 95billion so fast.

I am sure lots do.... but I don't think advertising them to a group of young entrepreneurs (who usually don't have alot of money) is the best bet.
