Dude, the only thing that piss me off is your arrogance. Seriously, i dont feel like getting into this tread and waste my time but it piss me off the moment you say :

So, please, if there is anyone on this thread who is 20 years old and younger averaging $4,602.06 profit per month on a business you started a year ago, please speak up and correct me. Otherwise, I suggest that you all take the amount of energy you’re using to attack me and spend it on learning how to start and grow a successful business.

What makes you think you are really successful than many others here? I think you have underestimate many of the people here. I just made friends with a 22 year old guy from South east asia who started business 2 years ago in US and expecting sales of 1.75mil this year.

I try not to be cocky but your post really gives me the urge to do so. Maybe you didnt know that I am just 17 and one of my business made 4k+ net profits last month with a startup capital of less than $100. And yes i really mean $100. The business is just 2 months old

I hate sabotaging but here is something constructive. Something to consider for "would-be buyers". Gigapal relies heavily on a product which in future will sure go out of stock. I am just wondering if that is part of the reason why you are selling. Shouldnt that be factored into the sale price of the business?

    Sale Update

I thought it would be worthwhile to give everyone who spent time on this thread an update on the status of GigaPal's sale. Both GigaPal.com and ElectronicBytes.com were sold to a private investor. Thank you to everyone who was supportive of my first private business sale.

    company update

    Hi Mike,

I've officially launched my new company, SoftwareLot.com, LLC. You can find out more information about us by going to www.softwarelot.com.

When you inquired about what I've been up to after selling GigaPal, I was in the process of setting up my office downtown Pittsburgh and hiring a new employee.

Now that I'm finished setting up and launching I have a little more time available to contact those who've been inquiring about what I've been doing lately.

Can you give us a rough figure as to what you sold them for?

    Nado,

Unfortunately I cannot release that information because the websites were sold privately to an investor and I have to respect his rights as the new owner. I can tell you that I did receive a figure that was right around what I was aiming to get for both websites. I hope this answers your question.

How about the number of figures for each sale? 5 figures, 6?

    Nado,

Unfortunately, I have to respect the new owners' privacy, but they may tell you if you ask them directly.

I was just thinking the same thing. Seems strange they'd pay a substantial amount of money and not make you sign a non-compete.

Or maybe they did and you're new venture abides by that. I think gigapal was B2C whereas your new venture is B2B, correct?

Yes, my new venture is b2b, which does not conflict with GigaPal's intrests.
