My first post.... And I hope you see it as a good one.
This will take a couple minutes. But if your curiosity works, you'll read it all.


About Me

I started in web "everything" in about 98. I've been primarily working as a
freelance/business (sole) and I've been getting by ok. Bought my first house
a year ago, and been kicking ass to make that money. I think I'm considered
professional after so long. Plus I've built and run a couple custom sites for
myself, and they're both pretty huge. But right now, I want to talk to you
about one that I built from the ground up... all custom, and 90% automated.

The Website

Two years ago I started working on a site that provides business services,
tools, resources, and guidance for (ironically) entrepreneurs and resale
business people. I pretty much finished it last year. The site is huge... Lots
of things...

Here's a partial feature list:
  • Unique business guidances system (guiding people in to developing their
    business). It's an automated system that uses a database, a nice color
    coded form, and a meter that displays status. This system does a lot more.

  • Web based auction tools! Complete auction management tools:
    templates, auction manager, wysiwyg template editor, image gallery, image
    hosting, auction counters, stats, mobile data, and more.

  • Mobile auction data allows members to login and check on their tracked
    auctions from any web enabled device. System is tied to the auction tools.

  • Categorized databases of wholesale sources with an easy search, add to
    favorites, rate, and keep notes on each source.

  • Simple web based calendar.

  • Web tools: reports, seo tips section.

  • Trade Center where members can place buy and sell posts. Automatically
    delete after 30 days, or if writer deletes. And members have a trade center
    post manager.

  • Custom IE Toolbar that has search major engines or the website
    wholesale sources. And it has a very useful link manager built in. Very nice...
    I use it now. I think there's others... about 600 downloaded the toolbar.

  • Business center which has over 20 written articles, and some rss feeds.

There's a lot more to it! I could go on.


The Opportunity

I need Help! I'm looking for someone (over 18 please - M or F) who has skills
(stated below), knowledge, and everything else it takes. I need help making a
few minor adjustments, some touching up, and Finally Launching it! From
there it's mostly profit and a bit of maintenance. It's been live for the last
year, but I haven't tried delivering any traffic really. It does however have
paid members.

I am tired of letting this sit over such little left to do. I will have a little free
time, and I want to get this going. Whoever ends up in this cockpit with me,
will remain a partner of this jet, and should be able to dedicate some time
and resources. Just as if it were your business too... which it will be. We
can negotiate a deal. I'm a very reasonable guy, and I'm serious.


This kind of site will need more than just me.

  • Must be proficient in PHP, CSS, Javascript, XML, MYSQL (Working experience)
  • Must have good web, business, and marketing knowledge.
  • Must be honest, friendly, and dependable. Team spirit helps!

  • Own marketing channels such as: business related websites.
