If you have a business that needs a website or just need a website in general, and can't spend a lot on it, I'm offering my services as a web designer to create it.

My prices are very cheap, as I need to build up a larger portfolio of sites, and am just starting out freelance work. I have, and do work as a web designer/programmer for a company, so I do have some good experience in web design.

I also know PHP, ASP and ASP.NET, which means I can create web applications or make updates to exsisting ones if that is what you need. This also means I can make custom content management systems as well as any type of website that needs to be ran utilizing a database.

I didn't mention it before, because it slipped my mind, but I also can build solutions in Macromedia Flash. I've never created a website in flash, so I don't know if I'd be willing to do that, but I do have some experience creating Flash web applications, such as games.
