A couple things. First off you site has probably been attacked every day that it has been up. Not just once. Second, it's probably not feasible for most people to lock down access to one IP address because most small businesses and home users don't have static addresses. No pagerank is not a very good selling point. How much do you think the site is worth?

first of all this is just a myspace clone. why would you use this over myspace if it is exactly the same and just a premade script? also i hate people coming on this board and just working on the site for a few days and trying to sell it right away. it seems to happen a little too often now. your 3 days of work is not worth that much money. it reminds me of the mls guy keep3percent trying to sell it for 175K. if you think you can make so much off it keep it yourself and develop it

The # of hits doesn't sound very impressive to me, it's going to be hard to find someone who would be interested in developing it because originally it was your brainchild.
