I'm looking for a people who are interested in helping me build a business.

I have a couple website products I'm trying to commercialize: a major resume and job search board that is already successful and new menu ordering system.

I also have a VB6 product that allows recruiters to search email and attachments within the emails with full boolean search terms with search engine performance that needs to be upgraded into a web service and add a candidate record management system.

I have a dedicated server hosted with GoDaddy.com with SQL, a SQL Server 2005 (different server), an Exchange email server and other resources available at my disposal.

I would also like to be able to offer hosting services with the use of the Plesk control on the GoDaddy server.

I have merchant credit card services capabilities and I am also an authorized Authorize.net reseller.

I also have some financial backing. To accomplish endeavours that require some cash.

What I am looking for are people who is interested in joining this endeavor, willing and capable of bringing their own ideas. I am not necessarily looking for just one person or one type of person.

This is not an employee or contract type of work. Pay will be based on commission.

I need a couple programmers. More specifically, ASP, ASP.NET 2.0, Visual Basic 6 and Visual Basic .NET 2005. I only want strong programmers, not necessarily strong in the latest technologies like .NET 2005.

I can also use a couple people to sell the products. I have a very large customer database to work from. I need someone who can acquiant themselves with the products, put together a sales plan and make the sales.
