I am afraid you might have some problems getting any investors. I saw your post for a day care for adults and children. I've looked into this kind of business and for an adult day care, it's an easy 100k start up.

Now the problem is recouping the 100k because you would still have to make sure that you are getting enough clients. In the meantime you are already paying the rent, operations costs, insurance, etc.

It would take over a year to get your money back or break even. In the meantime you are already blind with paper work to get all your certifications for your facility and to pass inspections.

The days of easy financing from the government (grants) are over because of fraud acts. You can still look into it and with perseverance you still may be able to get something from them.
