I am submitting a business plan/proposal to Comcast cable concerning a new programming idea. My venture relates to the real estate industry and I am considering whether to submit the plan with myself and my partner as the whole team or if I should try to contact someone with the industry and try to work them before I submit my programming idea.

Any suggestions?
