Well has anyone used these guys?

I really think that this could be a scam of sorts... it looks reputable but my gut feeling says "No". Why aren't there manufacturers listed? Seems too vague for my liking

If anyone wants serious drop shippers. Check out.....

    www.dbldistributiing.com
    www.ingrammicro.com

Companies like these make more sense to me to use. Thanks and good luck!

If they gave you the source of their products why would you buy the information/cart? Makes total sense to me.

Well that makes sense to me. What i am talking about is that the site is too vague... something is missing. By source i mean manufacturer... not to many people could buy 1000 unit minimum orders from these manufacturers.

What the hell are you talkin about? There is a distributor that dropships the products. There is no minumum price and we arent dealing with manufactueres. Get your story straight.

For example, the cologne sites products ship from a sologne distributor, and the pet supply one ships from a pet supply distributor.... dont buy the pet supply one though, the distributor sucks and so does there prices.

As a middle man i could give you better prices

    I agree with Outta Hand.

I have previously been told to stay away from sites like this. They are probably setting theirselves up as the un-needed middle man, making your prices way too high to compete.

If anyone orders one, I'd be interested in how it goes.

Well as long as i at least help people think before they sign up with just any drop shipper than i've done my duty.

In going to a company like Tech Data, you are going straight to the distributor... they've got agreements with manufacturers and this is really who you should buy from.

I am thinking of using Tech Data and Possibly ingram micro in the next year for some niche marketing projects so i'll keep you informed. Cheers

I agree with you absolutely because that is what i do. I have relationships and partnberships to get prices lower then wholesale list. I actually just spend about 4 hours on the phone ysterday with 2 new distributors for more supplier relationships. I also have a few manufactuers i deal with direct.

Reason of this whole post was just for someone that wanted a first business for experience and side income, etc. Not to make them a millionaire. Why would i give away good info?

And also maybe people can get a new supplier that is cheaper. I personally know that Eric has relations with a supplier of cologne that is probably as cheap as you can get unless you buy direct from manufactuers and stock it all. 79 bucks is very very cheap for a website and cart with thousands of products uploaded to it. So either way even if it wasnt with a supplier it is a great deal.

This is interesting. I defintely understand how one could make money off something like this. However, how much is the real question? The key to this type of business is advertising and marketing. The more people you get to your site, the more people will buy, and the more money you will make.

An interesting idea for someone that is just looking for a little extra cash. It's not for me tho.

Actually the owner of this company is selling his website and business on ebay for $7,000

Here is a summary, please pm or email me if you have any questions as I don't check threads often

He uses a free shopping cart called oscommerce. He has made a few programming/design modifications to the shopping cart and created the design in several different colors.

He then got a few easy to find dropshipping sources for the products, inserted them into the database of the shopping cart, and duplicated it hundreds of times. It is 100% legitimate and he has sold each site from $7-$500

I am actually building a really similar site and will be offering even better websites, more unique designs, etc...
