    Cash Flow Notes eBook

I am thinking about writing a eBook on how to get started in cash flow notes? Would anyone at all be interested in a book like this?

I am also looking for some answers to what I need to watch out for and everything when it comes to creating an eBook, also, how do I go about copyrighting my book?

Estimated Timeframe: 2 Weeks-1 Month (Depending on time to copyrighting it takes.)

Nobody interested in this? I mean, cash flow notes is a great way to invest in your future and brokering them can yield you almost $45k+ yearly annual revenue.

^^ Hence the reason I asked if anyone would be interested.

Basically, a cash flow note is simply an I.O.U. note. If you still don't get that, it is in short, a "accounts receivable." For instance, you owner finance your home, carrying back a private mortgage. You are the proud owner of a cash flow note.

This includes lottery winnings, pro athlete contracts, annuities, structured settlements, automobile portfolio's, etc.

    Sound interesting?

You have experience in this field?
If you want to be rich, sell products and services.
If you want to be insanely rich, create and control markets.

^^ LOL... I would think so, I wouldn't write a eBook if I didn't know the field. I know enough to help everyone broker their first note and I know 60% about BUYING a note as an investor.

I am still learning and have been on and off in the field.

That might seem like a funny question to you but there is a difference between knowledge and experience.

How do you generate your leads?
If you want to be rich, sell products and services.
If you want to be insanely rich, create and control markets.

It WAS a funny question, cause think about it. Why would someone write an eBook on a subject if they didn't know what was going on? Better yet, why write an eBook on a subject if they haven't been properly mentored and been through test case scenarios.

You can generate leads through very common ways that I'll cover in the eBook, which I have already started. Some examples: Newspapers, Online, Courthouse, etc. There are 15-20 different ways mentioned in the eBook that I am working on right now. So getting an example should help you understand what the book is about.

In all honesty, how many cash flow notes do you have? And is this the same thing as a "wrap around loan"?

I don't have none, I am NOT an investor... I am a broker. I broker notes to investors for them to purchase. But along the way I've learned the ethics of an investor.

Now, there is such a thing as a wrap-around mortgage when it comes to notes. I am not 100% sure how they work. If anyone wants to confirm my knowledge of knowing cash flow notes... check this out:

    http://www.themillenniumgroup.net/fo...?searchid=6049

My name is "Baby Boy" on there, you can sift through the posts and find me and read my replies and or questions that I've asked (to expand my knowledge.) The forum is a cash flow note forum started by a young guy (who is in his early 20's I believe) named George, who has done thousands of dollars in note selling.

The content creation industry is a billion dollar industry which consists of people researching and then writing on topics which they donīt have experience with.

No need to get defensive - was just curious.

True, it is a billion dollar industry, but the way people present them on the forums and having personally spoken to George on a couple of notes, I know he is a legit person... not a paid researcher. So I feel confident enough to say the forum is helpful.

And for the record... I wasn't getting defensive, I was stating a point.
