Rufftim, Bleys....

Think u 2 boys need a room of your own, lotsa flirting going on here.....

FIRSTLY : I had no intention for any of the above mentioned motives that you guys think i had, i was simply trying to answer a question which ericesquire asked, and quite clearly provided an egsample, if you take a step back and review all previous posts, im sure that my replies hopefully in some way gave ericsquire an overview of the answer that he was looking to find, if not and whether he feels that he would open the link i've provided was entirely up to him (and you too) in all respect.

SECONDLY : In no way have i tried to persuade him or anyone to join this perticular program, it was placed purely as an egsample, if i have, which i strongly doubt, please highlight where that phrase lies and i'll be sure to think before i reply to a post which at the time felt like an appropriate and relevent answer for the question being asked.

THIRDLY : If you felt that you had the best answer to ericsquire's question without providing an egsample to make things abit more clearer for him, why not post you point of view and show us what you can come up with, instead of assuming and passing judgement to someone who was clearly contributing to help answer a question that another has asked.

Please guys, this is a business forum, not granma's kitchen, if one is in need of an answer to a business related question, he asks in the hope that someone feels that he/she might have that appropriate answer and enlighten the next, if not..........TUFF.

"However, it is technically one of many "Bussiness opportunities !!!", however unsavory we may find it.

And I think he is entitled to get the credit for pointing those who choose to follow it." <----------(Now thats logical thinking, thnx for that DavidJEastman)

One more thing to the moderators of this forum, if you feel that my answer was inappropriate to the discussion, and the above was entirely out of line, i do appologise thus please feel free to post me a warning or take further action.

No hard feelings guys....

After all, its all just biz talk hey?

Regards

If it was merely an example I feel that you should have linked to the main webpage, and not included your id number.

Just my opinion, it is certainly up to the mods... who have been strangely absent from this conversation.

Uh, guys?

Our team is working on some rules. If you guys have any examples of sites that have rules you guys like please PM me.

We want to be a well moderated community so Chaos does not break out, but we also want to let people BE and do business.

Lightbulb MLM links etc.

As a moderator of this forum, I have read all of the posts on these three past pages. If we are going to have pages and pages of posts about MLM opp's and other links etc. we are going to have many varying opinions. I personally know dozens of individuals that are doing extremely well with their Network Marketing programs (most of these aquaintances with herbalife) and then on the other hand, I also know many people who have been disappointed with these programs and have lost money. If any of you have a 'money making' opportunity that has to do with the self promotion of one's "ID number" or link to "his/her" page please do NOT include the direct link on your post. You are however, able to talk about your experience with this company/program and give people the option to "IM" you for more details. This will be the only fair analogy for this 'touchy' topic. If you have any comments, questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Thank you for your understanding.

Adam T.

That's a start... but this really isn't about whether MLMs can be successful for people or not. Many MLMs are also legitimate. And yes, pyramid schemes can make you rich... but it's illegal because you're only making money by making false promises to the people you "recruit." At some point, all pyramid schemes break down and the majority of people lose out. They are not acceptable.

Advertising your pyramid scheme on these boards is just as bad as advertising your child porn business. Both illegal, both immoral.

Not to mention you can get an enormous fine for participating in pyramid schemes. I think under the Fair Trade Act, individuals can be fined up to $60,000 plus any money they've made off the scheme.
