    Businesses to Buy/Sell

Guys I stumbled onto a fairly new site, they are kinda like a Craigslist, but strictly for business:

    BizzFlip

I checked em out and went ahead & posted my online retail business as I don't have the time to deal with it anymore, hopefully I get a bite on it.

Also if anyone is interested in my site, just check out the BizzFlip post

Best of luck on the sale.

If that doesn't work for you, I had great success using a SitePoint Marketplace Auction. I had to drop about $100 but easily worth it in the end with the sheer number of eyes on the project it had generated.

well I'll hold off on spending the cash for the posting and see what BizzFlip can do for me, since they cost nothing to post your business...

Site point will get your business sold very quickly. However, if you are thinking of using them, have all your proofs of revenue, source of traffic, etc ready because everyone and their brother will ask for them there. That site means business.

Agreed - and you should have those statistics ready to go regardless. Any serious buyer should ask for them.

I love Sitepoint's 'established sites for sale' section. I'm on there atleast a couple of times per week.
