First off, Steve, don't worry buddy - I'm only going to post this once in the forum =P

I own a business by the name of National Financial Company, LLC, and one of the services that I provide for my customers is home mortgage, debt consolidation, and refinancing loans. You can get more details in the "Member Directory" section of this site in the "Financial Services" category.

Anyways, as most of you know, interest rates are at an all-time low - the lowest in 50 years, to be exact. Homebuyers are taking advantage of these rates and buying homes left and right. Here in California, it seems the moment a house is finished building it's been snatched off the market already. I even read an article in the LA Times that the California Association of Realtors are predicting that house values are increasing double digit AGAIN next year, a staggering 13%, bringing the median SFR price from $366,450 in 2003 to $414,000 in 2004. Yikes.

Because of the low rates and the fact that home prices are gonna jump again, people are getting loans NOW and looking for homes. But the number of loan/homeseekers outweigh mortgage providers, making them an underserved market.

I need everyone in the US (sorry, I can't offer this to my friends outside the country) interested in going into business for themselves but not BY themselves, to contact me.
