Business ideas and opportunities help

I am currently unemployed and am looking to start a business. I used to work as a daycare teacher, receptionist, order taker at a bead company, and at the movie theatre. I am looking at ideas on what I can do. I have looked into workshops but they cost thousands of dollars, and so do franchises. I am looking for ideas maybe something that I can start for $100-$200.00 for now.

I like to write, act, read, make designs for clothing, and retail. Does anyone have ideas on something that I can incorporate from previous jobs on an idea, or cheap ideas, or franchises etc. Please pm me with ideas or any place I might be able to get counseling, or help.

Thank you

I'd recomend selling Jewelry. of coarse I'm biased because my sister exports it from China and my wife wholesale it. It's all modern and really cool stuff.
my favorite part about it is 100% mark up. If you purchase a necklace for $20 and you sell it for $40. The products retail from $3 to $160. 90% of all the product are real shell, pearl, stone etc.

good luck

Although most of them are shady, you may want to have a look at affiliate programs (check out clickbank.com)

How hard are you prepared to work? Are you prepared to study? Can you support yourself while you get something off of the ground?

Really there is too little information for us to be constructive. I run a website that specialises in starting businesses for little money from home but $100-$200 is a very low starting budget, although not impossible.

Have a look at my archive of ideas at www.ideas2earn.com/archives.htm and see if anything appeals.

Clickbank is agreat place to start for affiliate programs - although you can easily start your own online business for next to nothing. in fact one of my courses provides information and step-by-step on how to setup your own online e-commerce website for less than $100.

I would be happy to provide this to you free of charge in return for you joining my mailing list.

I do Pampered Chef and love it! I've done some affiliate marketing and worked with other network marketing companies, and PC is the first one that has really shown me the money. It is $155 to start, right in your range, and there is no advertising expenses or websites to build. Just talking to people.

PM me if you would like more info.

You sound creative, use this to your advantage, there must be a bundle of ideas you can think of with a creative mind. Think about starting small with a clothing/art related website or something, but then start to think how you can make your services unique, what can you offer that no-one else does? It's stating the obvious, but just my input

Good luck with your future business!
