Tableless / W3C Coding (+$100)

I should not have to add 100 dollars for w3c coding it should be automatic and assumed as part of the package.

Not everyone requires tableless coding, and since it adds more work - I can offer the discounted rate to those who don't require it, but still have the option available for those that do.

Otherwise the price of the package would have to go up, leaving those that don't care about or need tableless coding without an option.

EVERYONE needs tableless design. There should not be a website designed without using CSS. Tables should NEVER be used as the basic layout for a website. Anyone else agree or is it just me?

I appreciate your comments, but this decision came based on my past client's needs. I've had several who've told me they don't want to use tableless code because of everything from: them wanting to visually edit it with frontpage/dreamweaver in the most simple way without having to pay someone to go through the code to clients needing a very quick and basic website without the bells and whistles for a reduced price. If I had it my way, I would only offer tableless coding - however, I listen to my clients.
