    Blog/Forum Questions

I've recently looked into starting a blog/forum website. For now im focusing on reality tv going on the new fueds whos loved and whos hated in reality tv and all that nonsense. To be honest the only reality tv i watch is cops to see some dudes get beat up but im willing to research and watch some of this stuff to make a couple bucks off advertising and what not. Ask people you'll see how huge this reality nonsense is and see how dedicated some of these viewers are. I'm looking for some help from anybody whos had some expierence in this area. Tips tricks ideas anything. If anyone wants to get in on this or maybe expand on some things we could do with this website let me know.

Although a brief look at the first couple of sites appears as though a lot of the sites are very amatuerish.

So if you can come up with something unique that the others don't have and something that will attract traffic then you may very well be onto something.

Here's an idea... perhaps try to approach the producers of the reality TV shows and somehow convince them to give you extended trailers of upcoming episodes which you then play on the site (with reference to the time, date, TV station/channnel etc).

I'd be interested in doing something like this... add me on messenger (see profile) and we can chat and brainstorm some more ideas.

    cheers

Nado as you noticed i looked into most of those sites and noticed that yes they are mostly amatuer sites. I see them as more of a fan site and a place to voice there opinon and not as a place to make money. I like your idea to grab traliers. I was watching MTV and saw a true life " I'm a reality tv star". They all talked about how they need press and there face on the internet and in magazines. I was looking to contact them and get interviews for ethier cheap or no price at all. Because if we can gain a solid following every fan will help. Does anyone else have any things they tried in there blogs and forums that have helped them suceed?

Your site has to be a site with good content you can't just focusing on making money by throwing bunch of ads on you site because that won't work.
