    billboards

In case anyone wants to look into it...

I have a friend who seems to be doing well "sub-leasing" billboards. He didn't want to start too small, so he waited until he had enough money to lease 10 local billboards so he could get a discount. He leased them for $6000.00 per month total, and subdivides them, and re-leases them to two companies at the same time. He seems to be doing alright with this, he's making about $2K profit per month right now.

Already done in my area, but if someone else is looking for something to get into part time...

[edit] personally, if it were me, I would look into getting them paid for a while year first, and getting another 10% off or so. I also forgot to mention he doesn't really have to do anything but sell. Once the sale is made, the billboard companies handle the work. Upon reading what I wrote, I think maybe 2k/mo seems a bit small to some people, but the 25% profit margin is pretty good.[/edit]

It's not easy - life - is not easy. If it were, everyone would be doing it.

That's all it ever really is my friend. In the end its a sale one way or the other.

I agree, it's always a sale. It may not always be a walk in the park, but if you hit the numbers, you'll usually come away with something.
