I'm looking at starting a venture in beef marketing in the Australian domestic market.
The idea is to package quality cuts of beef and supply the consumer with a story about the background of this cut as well as suggested cooking options. The products would also give the consumer piece of mind in regards to food saftey by providing traceability from the farm gate to the consumers plate.
