Beef Marketing

I'm looking at starting a venture in beef marketing in the Australian domestic market.

The idea is to package quality cuts of beef and supply the consumer with a story about the background of this cut as well as suggested cooking options. The products would also give the consumer piece of mind in regards to food saftey by providing traceability from the farm gate to the consumers plate.

Please reply with any ideas that you may have about this concept.

That is a great idea! I think it could really work - right now consumers are so freaked out about the safety of the food they eat. As long as you could get some good backing from the food administration (an endorsement of some sort), it could really take off.

I also like the idea of cooking options - god knows many people need some help on how to grill a steak!
