I was at home on New Years. My parents had a party and I spent time with my loved ones getting drunk and dancing.

Even though I live in Barrie, Ontario, my friend and I went down to Toronto's Nathan Phillips Square for New Years and it was amazing, but I didn't drink anything (mainly because I was driving that night/morning).

The only reason I stayed home is because I didn't feel like spending 4-500 dollars on a stupid hangover. We always go to the hotel sponsored parties and they are always the same thing. Fights and girls that think they are hotter than they are.

I'm not saying that it is right/ wrong to go out on New Years; I jus didn't feel like it. I was just curious to see what entrepreneurs were doing in general. By the way I'm glad I didn't go out because all my friends’ unfortunately got jumped. Three went to the hospital and the rest were pretty banged up.
