It's really funny to see how someone posts and then everyone does rip on them. There are great opportunities out there, most from people who are already sucessful. Take what I do as an example. I do free yes you heard right free seminars on Real Estate Investing. Why would I do this you might ask? First I had no one teach me when I was coming up. I had to go thru the ringer stressing out frequently when renters failed to pay or trashed a house. I truely want to help those willing to help themselves.
The second reason is providing free information is extremely profitable. If your not willing to give you will never get ahead in life.

Have you ever told an employer you will work for free?
Most people say that is crazy but I did this when I was younger offering a trucking company my labor for free. I worked for one full month for this company. The employer got the oportunity to see me work and see what I was worth as an employee. This employer did not hire me and actually insulted me the day I left. I do not regret working there I got experience operating equipment I wouldn't have gotten which got me hired by the next employer. I worked for them for free as well but was hired in 3 days at top pay because I showed competence due to the experience I got elsewhere at their competition. The moral is pay it forward, do good kharmic things. People will see right thru you. Few people are hay seeds waiting to be taken.

My professor once said that there will be the time when you don't care about the pay anymore. What you are after is serving the other person.

I learned that the returns on that philosophy are immense and it works everytime. However, that kind of mindset is hard to master for some because they are used to focus on earnings.
