4Streams is a software in which I have tried to incorporate many of the desktop features and functions that users like to use, aimed mainly at entertainment. It allows users to come together in a server based chat room, from where they can share files, watch movies, listen to music, play games etc.

The program is still in developement phase and an early release has been rolled out to testing and to get feedback/suggestions.

How it works:
One person sets up and runs a server on there PC. They can join this server themselves and get other to join from anywhere in the world. The server has control over whos webcam is being broadcasted to the server. Server can also force a video/audio stream to all users in the server and sync positions in streams. Kick/ban users via username or IP's. Server also has control over what can be sent by users in the server for example you can block all private messages or file sharing.
