    1000 business ideas... Bad idea?

Check out the site www.how-to-make-money.com. I found it while doing a google search for business ideas. It claims to offer an ebook with a collection of 1000 innovative ideas from entrepreneurs. The cost is $19US and there is also a 90 day money back gaurantee. However, I can't find any contact information on the website and therefore ask, "How and where can I request a refund?". The website also accepts payment by mail and directs such payments to a P.O. box address. This was another reason why I hesitated to pay. Check it out and tell me what you think.

I think the site looks generic, and I would not trust these ideas personally. If your having trouble thinking up an idea then search the board for some tips, or hints.

I think you should figure out what your good at, or passionate about because your more likely to know that market generally.

Also, here's a site entitled "Why Not" it has everyday ideas for new products, services and anything that people can think of. Maybe this site will help spur some creativity, and allow you to come up with what you would like to do.

entrepreneur.com has ALOT of busines opportunities listed. Just go to their site. That book probably uses entrepreneur.com's business idea section for the book since it's so cheap. Has anyone bought anything from entrepreneur.com's free book store? You just pay shipping and handling.

I think that I am very innovative person and I enjoy forming my own business ideas. However, it's true that I am limited to my relm of thought and could highly benefit from the ideas of other entrepreneurs. I think that 1000 ideas from other entrepreneurs is a great offer. I was also impressed with the 10 sample ideas provided.

Unfortunately, I have one more concern for the site. After choosing an option to pay through Paypal, I was taken to a page that seemed slightly suspicious due to its content. Upon clicking on a link for individuals that did not yet have Paypal accounts, I was immediately asked for personal and credit card information. I have emailed Paypal directly regarding this and hopefully will get a response soon. Thanks for the links and tips provided so far.

That's a good point. Entrepreneur.com is a great site, and way to find some creative ideas. Although I think the magazine lacks in that department personally.

Another good site is entrepreneurs.about.com from the About network.

Hosted by Scott Allan, who knows what he is talking about.
