Ok i am not opening this up, but for those of you who are intrested, Tijuana Flats is a mexican resturaunt ( not like qudoba or Chpotle) and it is based out of Orlando, Florida. I love this place so much, the food is great and their specialty is a sauce bar with 20 different types of hot sauces. They also sell each select sauce. I think the place is great and the 7locations in central florida are always packed. look it up on google and check it out.
and yes they do franchise

Tijuana Flats totally ROCKS!
I used to live in Tampa, and we had a TF just off campus.
My husband and I were regulars
Since I've moved away I REALLy miss it and highly suggest
visiting one - especially if you're planning to franchise
