How does an entrepreneur stay energized?

hello.......

Hmmm... I move around alot. I try to work out on a regular basis, using exercise gear at the home. Elliptical machine and 'total gym' work well for me... plus me and the missus do some hiking along the nearby trails.

I do like the superfood drinks, fresh veggies, using the juicing machine and all that good stuff - when I'm in the mood. We love cooking yummy food. Top Chef is a tv addiction right now. We're pretty good at whipping up tasty dishes from any recipe that looks inviting.

In other words... we try to keep the energy natural.

I exercise at the gym and run habitually every day just to stay healthy and fit, not so much to stay energize. Aside from that I'm pretty energetic by default so I don't really have to worry about keeping up the energy.

Thanks Kimm2 for a good post. What I do to keep myself mentally energized is by reading motivational books, reading stories of successful people and watching tv/listening some nice music. This helps me a lot.

Passion for what you do and desire should energize you. Passion and desire make you run that extra mile when your body's telling you that you can't go on any further.

If you want to stay energized, there is only so much that physical factors can do to maintain your energy levels. If your physically fit, then its the vision, and the passion for it, that'll keep you energized. It is literally the dream - that as an entrepreneur you'll have - that will keep you buzzing, so develop whatever vision you have in mind, expand it, transform it, engage others in it, redirect it, energize it and you'll be kept on your toes till the vision is accomplished.

Green Tea

My secret is green tea...I've been "using" for 3 years now and it's made a huge difference in my energy level and cut down on my food intake at the same time!
