Failures are too easy to be seen as a negetive. Its much easier than disecting it and taking it as a life lesson.

More often than not. I feel very demotivated and exhausted. A good thing to do is take time out to relax and enjoy the simpler things in life

I have a gym membership at my local gym, whenever I get stressed or something I perform so much better by venting my frustrations on the iron!

Try FRESH PICKED veggies from your garden.. Green Beans you grow at home have a HUGE energy boost that come along with eating it. Try to steam not boil. I pick a few (about 20-30) steam them, eat them ..and 30-60 min later im feeling like a new person..Ive tried everything myself and only found this to work from starting a garden at home. Try it, the worst that can happen ..you eat healthy.

I exercise morning in ground and at the gym habitually every day just to stay healthy and fit, not so much to stay energize. Aside from that I'm pretty energetic by default so I don't really have to worry about keeping up the energy and enjoying life

Keep a circle of entrepreneurial or progressive minded people in my circle and we feed off of one another's energy.
