Your business must have been running for a couple of years. You also have to produce a business handbook outlining how you want the franchisee's to run their business with your franchise.

Try piloting your business in different branches to comb out any problems.

There is plenty more things you will have to do... Check wikipedia or something.

I'm an internet marketer working for corporate headquarters of Market America. We run the Unfranchise business plan, which is basically product brokerage and internet marketing. Please view my sig, and contact us if you find what you are looking for. No pressure, and I gain nothing from referring you.
