Want to make a Pilot Franchise but need help

Hi, I only got a rough understanding of franchising. So I hope to find some
    answers here in this forum

I have an auction biz AllBidders Auction this is my world site
I now want to create country specific auction sites.

I'm starting with my UK website Allbidders UK Auction Site

Currently I'm negotiating with someone who would be interested in
taking part as a pilot franchisee.

Could someone please give me a few Ideas on how to set up the
    structure for this venture

For instance how would be the commission payments arranged.
Also the franchisee would be entitled to sell on the franchise to another
buyer. Have I got any controll over this as the franchisor?

How and where can I find some contract papers that I could us
    to make this deal legal.
    Cheers, Allbidders

    Hi,
The entire point of holding a franchise is that you have control of the business ie the branding etc. So I would say that sub franchising should not be allowed.
Whatever you do, you need control of the business.

Thanks for the story Tony. Is there a secret meaning behind it?
