I am an American living in China and I can tell you if i had 1 mill cash to invest in my idea it would give a return in 2 years maybe less and is so simple and the same concept works in the US very well better then any other franchise out there that is this simple! while creating jobs for the local economy! as some of you might know China throws money at companies like this! 1 mill is for 2 to 3 stores and cash reserves to cover 2 years
Franchises are a turn key solution for debt. Especially brick and mortar. The overhead combined with the limited hours of operation.
This business model can take 2+ years to break even...
Realistically a franchise such as McDonalds is creating yourself another Job. Offering yourself SOME leverage but not even coming close to what is available these days
what do you think ?![]()

It's important to realize franchises are not "one size fits all". What's best for me might not be best for you. While Subway and McDonald's are great for some, perhaps dealing with high overhead, low margins, high employee turnover, etc. are things that you are not prepared to deal with. Keep in mind there are several thousand franchises in about 75 different industries. However most people typically think of food when they think of franchises. They don't think about senior care, automotive, computer technology, financial services, dry cleaning, restoration, and the list goes on and on. The best franchise for you would be the one that is in your investment range, is registered in your state (if need be), is available in your territory, allows passive or active ownership (depending on what you're looking for), etc. etc. etc. If you need some advice feel free to PM me, but there is a lot to finding the right fit for each person individually; everybody's situation is different. I hope this helps.

McDonalds franchise is out of my leage. Extremly expensive for me. I'll pass. Subway? Its about location. Not every subway store make money. What about Cafe franchise? Nestle tall house cafe, seattle's best, starbucks.. I wish I had a dunkin donuts franchise one day) Is there anybody who experienced before with cafe store? I am thinking one of them in 2 years in a shopping mall. Is it better to open out of the mall? What you guys are thinking? Thank you
