from my experience, I advertise in different social networking like facebook. I'll create a fan page and I'll ask my friends to like it. Twitter also. Be creative and people will start noticing you. Just advertise as much as you can first on the social networking sites as there are a lot of people visiting it.

Other options is to promote your site by creating your own website it maybe a tedious part but in the long run it will pay-off.

My personal technique:
If you don't have many friends on facebook or followers on twitter then you can do this technique.
1. Go to fiverr.com
2. find a person that will advertise your company or link to their twitter account that have 10k followers or advertise on facebook with their 3,300 friends and will like your fan page.
3. Well of course that's not free, but this one are very cheap. It only cost $5. Not bad for an advertisement.
