Hi Compete,
Yeah Pita Pit is an awesome concept and dining experience. I check there company franchise website and it says to open a Pita Pit it usually costs between $190,000 and $315,000 so if you can get one for $60 that is one heck of a deal. Not sure which is right but the higher numbers are more inline with I have seen for like a low end subway. It also says it takes about 6 months to open a new store. What area are you thinking of opening up in? Have you considered any other types of investments? Have you secured your loan?

There are a lot of independent wings and burrito places opening up. I don't think you need spend money on frachising fees if you can find a way to obtain the raw food products by yourself.
Why not find your own concept and make IT a franchise ?
Cheap franchise opportunities is one of the kind of popular bussines in this era, because These opportunities are available across several.
If you are thinking of franchising it's good but I would rather suggest you to start up your own business.
60k is a great deal for that type of franchise
Franchises are, at the end of the day, just one more opportunity for the original owners to make money of their original product, which they tell you they have mastered. In my business, junk removal in Indianapolis, there are multiple franchises that were started by the original owners elsewhere and some local entrepreneurs bought into them, which was expensive, and now they are sitting idle because they are limited in how they can market their company. Whether it's a product, or a service, see if there's a way you can carve out your own piece of the market with your own branding and strategies before paying the price tag on a "proven model."
