It is not necessary for you to hire someone just to do some things that you cannot do for your company. Mundane task can be held by an assistant. But if you don't have office space and no time to manage your employee, no problem. Virtual Assistant is one good choice for you.
Many daily tasks are time consuming and require intelligent attention to detail. Increase productivity and income by allocating those tasks to a Virtual Private Assistant.

An employee is important part in every business and company. Success and profit depend on employee so it is must that have good employee for company. One common reaction when searching for ways to control costs is the elimination of staff. Some obvious factors to consider include existing revenue, inventories, and cash flow. Other factors are more elusive and complicate the staffing decision. Thanks

Your first employee should be someone who can do the things you can't do, so you can expand your business into the areas you aren't familiar with but know you need to be in. All of your early hires should be people who are better than you. Too many entrepreneurs fear losing control of their companies and want to keep the knowledge on top and hire less qualified people underneath them. If you hire someone just to ease the work-load, you'll find new business to occupy your time and find yourself in the same position you were in before. Bring in other people who can be a profit center first.

I'd put up an add with a description of all the things you need to be helped with. And of course try and compensate accordingly. Maybe a part time employee is a good start and as time goes on it can turn into a full time job.

If you have positive cash flow and adding a new employee will generate you more profit then that is the best time to add a new empoyee.

e.g. If the employee costs you $15 per hour and you can make $25 per hour profit than hire the new employee.

Another consideration is outsourcing the work online... a great place to start is odesk.com. Depending on the type of basic tasks you require they can create reports, transcribe, write articles, do research for you.

If you need a worker at the physical location then consider what tasks that individual will do. Create a basic job description. You can type "job description" in google and find tons of examples.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

The most obvious indication of appropriate staffing levels is the ability to meet deadlines. If recently projects have been extended, if products have not been delivered on time, or if more leeway has been given to development or service requirements, then it is likely that a contributing factor is the number of individuals on staff.

Since you feel that hiring someone right now will only add to your situation, outsourcing is what I can best suggest. Delegating tasks that don't necessarily require your more "personal" touch can give you more time to enjoy with your family. A Virtual Assistant is great for this. You don't need to provide an office space for them, which can be a hassle and quite expensive, as you already have the internet/phone as your platform.

There are hundreds that offer this services for you. Just google and hopefully in no time, you can find the best there is out there that fits your needs and then some. Just a word of advise though, hiring a Virtual Assistant solely depend on communication so it means that you (as the employer) have to be clear with what you want and how you want things to be done as best as you could. After all, you hire their services so you can free up more of your time, and not spend more time clarifying things to be understood properly.

Alberttomei, I can certainly understand how work commitments can interfere with the rest of your life! The scenario you describe is perfect for hiring a virtual assistant. My clients pay a flat monthly fee that is based on their needs and budget in exchange for a "partner" to assist with the administrative workload associated with marketing, client support, bookkeeping, or time management.

In addition to offering administrative support that gets the job done expertly and efficiently, I offer value to my clients by helping them design systems and operating procedures for the work we do together. In essence, we are putting together a job description to that when they do have the workload to justify an employee, they have the tools they need to hire, train and evaluate the "new guy." If you're interested in learning more, you can PM me as I'm too new to the forum to post the link to my website...
    Good luck!

Ideally it is good to add employees when you are having a much more bigger place or when your business expands. With a large business you should also need employees. Another is when your business is stable for years and it is time to expand and hire employees.

    hello friends,
I think the sounds and vibrations you are hearing are not normal. I have a 2007 EX-L with 53,000 miles that is still running like new. The only way I know that the eco mode is working is when the eco light comes on. I'm getting 26-30mpg on the highway. I did go through the apparently common problem early on of the juddering in the transmission after an ecm update, but ...
    thanks
