Finding the right partners is very challenging. Once you find the right partners, you better hold on to them because good chemistry in a startup is priceless.

I couldn't agree more. Do you also consider hiring the best employees to be critical to your success? I know that Google is legendary for their obsessive hiring practices in the early days with potential employees having multiple interviews over 3 months before being offered a position.
