Starting Entrepreneurship Club @ my College

My School has many clubs and Organizations, and an Entrepreneur based club is not one of them. I feel for the business/ Entrepreneur minded people like myself, I would like to be a part of such a club where I can learn, share-ideas and MOST importantly, START a business with all the club members...nothing too complex.

Student Activities

I already have a business set-up as an LLC, (or would it be easier to setup a seperate business where all the members are equal partners?) I just need to register a DBA (because I dont want to do business under my legal biz name, and the club members will probably want their own unique name), and get a business license.

Forget the legal stuff for now, I'm trying to find ideas for how to start this club, such as:

1. How many members should there be in the group ?
2. Should I charge members to join?
3. Should I open this club to everyone? or have strict rules as to who can join, so I can have only motivated, committed students?
4. What business should we start w/ what products/ services ?
5. Because this is a club, should the structure of this be loose and informal ? or not?

Hey. I'm from Argentina, and also trying to start an entrepeneurship club at my college. Here the legal steps are much easier, but I'd like to ask and share what activities are you planning for the club.
