Starting Business in same industry of curent job

I am sure many people start businesses related to something they currently do or like....

I am wondering how I can start a business that is related to the same industry as the one I currently work on.

How can start a business and keep working keep my current job that is in the same industry and not get in trouble.

Can I somehow register my new business and somehow keep my name anonymous or something similar.

I understand there would be a conflict of interest but how do I go about it...

any thoughts on this area.

Yeah, my thought is that what goes around, comes around.

Playing those sorts of games can come back and bite you in the butt, big time.

no. sure have not signed anything.

basically, some people work doing something they like or they work doing something they are good at, so how do you move forward and create your own business related to that....

I am sure many have done this, just wondering how was their approach.
