A friend and I are thinking about starting an escort service but don't really know where to start. Do we need a business license? If so what other steps should we take to start this up? Neither of us have ever started a business before but are both very eager to do so. Any tips and suggestions are very appreciated.

All people know sex is involved but that's considered to be between two consenting adults. So you can get a business license as insurance in case anything goes wrong or you can do without.
