Starting a LAN Gaming Internet Cafe

Hey,

I am planning on starting a LAN Gaming Internet Cafe. I know many gaming cafes have failed. But likewise, others have succeeded.

I would appreciate any help anybody can give.

I've seen a great many of these fail, and it really comes down to the terms of your demographic and not the population of your target demographic.

I've seen the right places have great success when they have a large college to target, however the competetion at large colleges will more than likely be established. The size of my hometown's college is 14,000 and they have already had two of these fail.
