Starting a cash gifting business

Hi there, i have been procrastinating this for a while now, its time act. Anyone out there actually have their own cash gifting program, I came to the conclusion, that the people that make the most $ in this business are the actual owners, I need tips/recommendations on how to start up a cash gifting business, everything from starting the website to marketing .
