Hello all,
I plan to open my first restaurant in Huntington Beach this coming Janruary. I have been very busy producing my business plan and financials. I am now in the final stage of funding, only needing 40% of the remaining capital to open. This will hopefully come in the form of a bank or angel investor depending on what offer is best for the business. So why am I writing this? Well, at this time, I require some hard working passionate cooks. I have several line chefs interviewing over the next month however, the executive chef position has not been getting a lot of hits. The salary will be based on the experience of the chef and what hours he is able to work.
