    Hi Work,

    One of the biggest morale killers I noticed in one of my highly managed work places was lazy managers getting paid salaries that were a lot more then the people actually doing the work. I think pay scales should be a huge focus between companies and there staff. Look how well that concept worked out for Ben and Jerry ice cream.

    So true Dave - but especially considering the economy we're in today, not that we can do anything about it. But I agree wholeheartedly.
