    SBA 8A Certification

Anyone gone through the process of getting 8A certified? If so, how did you do it? Did you fill out the application(s) by yourself or did you pay a firm to do it for you?

What firms would you recommend for this service?

    Hi Traqqer,
I would highly recommend Cloveer, Inc if you are serious about getting 8a certified. They are extremely knowledgable about the rules and regulations.
    Good Luck to you!

Make an appointment with your local SCORE counselors at the SBA. They helped me with this in the past... well in my case finding an 8A partner as I'm not eligible to be an 8A.

Good luck getting certified, Traqqer. Opening your business up to include government projects is huge. My family got 8A certification a few years back in the construction industry. Our accountant filled out the paperwork.
