So I had an idea about bringing together people to share different business ideas and concerns to create businesses and jobs. My idea was that everyone has an opinion and everyone has a unique perspective which can help benefit a complete stranger, and maybe a group of us can start businesses from there.

I know there are already some businesses like this, but those are at different stages of development and towards a slightly different audience (ie quirky).

The site is PooledMinds' Watering Hole, and still a work in progress.

I need it to send notifications when people respond to comments, vote, and post comments on the author's story, which will keep people coming back and increase interaction.

and as of now, there is nothing earning me money, hence why I call it a project. but I plan on selling some things, posting affiliate ads, some consulting, etc.

anyway, I wanted to share it here and see what everyone thinks!
