Party Shuttle Service Business Concept & Survey

Hello Everyone, If you could please help us on this project for our entrepreneurship class. We are a group of 4 FIU students, and are working on a project that has to do with coming up with a new business venture, eventually leading to turning in a business plan. If you could please provide you feedback it would be very much appreciated.
Thank You So Much in Advanced!!!!
Please Read Our Concept Statement Below , or for an easier read, the documents are attached.

    New Business Concept
    New Venture Party Shuttle

New Venture Party Shuttle will provide transportation services, to and from, the hottest party centers in town. Whether it is a bar, club, or social event, our shuttles will conveniently take customers to their destination and pick them up at a cost-efficient price. Our customer base includes any person over the legal drinking age that has a festive night life. As opposed to regular party buses that cruise around town in luxurious limos or RV’s, our service focuses on simply transporting people to and from their destination in a safe yet inexpensive manner. Our main focus and passion stems from the dangers of drunk driving, giving our service a social responsibility to keep our roads safe by providing transportation to those who would otherwise have to potentially drive intoxicated. Our service is one-of-a-kind, bringing two ideas, and therefore two markets, together in unison; the idea of a party bus and the idea of a designated driver.
Our window of opportunity is now, and forever will be, as long as alcohol is continuously served in clubs, bars or social events (i.e. holiday parties, concerts, festivals). In the latest available statistics, it was reported that 10,839 people were killed in a drunk-driving accident in 2009 in the state of Florida. About 73% percent of those fatalities involved an alcohol level of .15+ (legal limit: 0.08). Approximately 53,004 DUI’s were issued in that same year. Drunk driving will never be eliminated 100%, but our service is dedicated to decreasing the percentage of fatalities caused by this action, giving us a perfect opportunity to enter the market that will never fade, in addition to solving a problem. We also would like to point out that the cost of using our shuttles will never exceed that of a DUI, giving incentive to the public to use our service.
There are two main markets that offer similar aspects of our company. One of the most popular markets is in the party bus industry. What these companies provide is essentially a fun party atmosphere on the way to a destination. This service can be very expensive, as they usually charge by the hour and have no room for flexibility on time. How we differ from this market is that our main concern is getting people to the club/bar/party and bringing them home safe, but at the same time allowing them to have a great time without worrying about time constraints. Our service will be an overnight shuttle filling the demands of those late-night owls who like to stay out all night.
The other main market would be that of the “designated driver”. These companies basically provide a pick-up car service for those who are too intoxicated to drive. This service is not popular because people will either drive their car home regardless or find a friend to drive it. The way we differ from this market is that your night automatically starts off with a designated driver and there is no need to worry about a ride because yours is secured. You also have the luxury of arriving and leaving with your friends. Our company will have different services to meet different needs. We will have a private-shuttle specifically for large groups and special occasions. And a more public shuttle that will service many different groups a night. Essentially, we brought the idea of a party bus and a designated driver together to bring to the market something that does not exist, and we call it a party shuttle. Our team also has a smart-route system that will route the trips of the night in a manner that saves us money on gas which leads to saving the customer(s) money as well.

Not a fan of the idea and here is why:

    1. "New Venture Party Shuttle will provide transportation services, to and from, the hottest party centers in town. " .... " our service focuses on simply transporting people to and from their destination in a safe yet inexpensive manner "

So you're going to pick me up in a shuttle filled with a bunch of drunk/wasted/obnoxious slobs and then drop me off curb-side to the "hottest" clubs. I could ramble on about this, but in short, no decent-self respecting person would do that. Sure, it's being responsible but that's all it is. Nothing more. Secondly, if I'm hitting up the hottest parties/clubs then you can assume that:
    A) I'm probably going with friends...I mean, who does this stuff alone??. My friends arn't going to ride around in a cheap van .
    B) When going with friends, usually one is the DD.
    C) Anyone who doesn't mind racking up a 80+ dollar bar tab or wants a table & bottle service ISN'T going to use your business. and if they do call on someone, it will be a limo company

    2. " How we differ from this market is that our main concern is getting people to the club/bar/party and bringing them home safe "

I don't want other people knowing where I live. Period. Especially people that most likely are under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

In summary.. I'd rather just pay for a cab.

@ILoveCollege First. What country are you trying to implement this? If its not a developing or developed country this will probably be a waste of time and energy. I agree with most of New Waves post and there are simply too many aspect of the business that could turn out really bad since you will mostly be dealing with drunk clients. Anyway, if you are planning to push on with this, make sure to have a really scary bouncer.
