Online Insurance, Mortgage, etc. rates comparison

Hi,

I am interested in starting an online insurance, mortgage, interest rates comparison for my locality. My biggest question is how to get up-to-date information from these companies.

Ideally I could create a database and have their personnel log into my website and update the information. But this is extra work for them. Will they be willing to do so?

Any ideas?

Yes that might be an option. I will try to hold meetings with respective companies discuss these possibilities.
