I am aspiring entrepreneur who is new to YE so firstly hello to all. I am trying to create a new beverage company which is mainly based on a tea used in central Africa. It is used commonly but also has a lot of positive health benefits. I have a few friends and family who are willing to invest some money to get started my questions is if i were to give them equity how much would be a fair amount. Since it is at the moment only an idea( which i know is useless until it takes some kind of material form) and therefore there is no real valuation how much % should be given in return for the initial invesment.
